Case Study "The Forex Brokerage"

Problem

Our client unfortunately took on a great deal of challenges birthed from the Swiss central bank debacle. This presented an overhaul of nearly all of their systems - both human and technology based. The two main points of focus was regulatory expansion into a new jurisdiction for stability of future business and increased trading volume via new customer acquisition.

Solution

Baer´s Crest created a plan which included an operation launch in Asia under a branded corporate banner in a prestigious jurisdiction governed by a competent tier 1 regulator. We then deployed a marketing plan to generate live traffic toward bespoke landing pages that captured data in a compliant fashion. The marketing campaign brought in high quality leads which were then given to the sales teams. The new leads along with the easier regulation resulted in a very financially successful year for our client.

Case Study "The Hedge fund"

Problem

An established currency hedge fund decided to explore managed account options to raise further capital in a manner less restricted than with their already established fund.

Solution

Baer´s Crest designed a bespoke package for the client including brand launch of a retail arm regulated in an offshore territory governed by a "light touch" regulator. While we waited for the regulation, we started intense sales training for the entire sales team. A short time before the regulation came into effect, we started a lead generation campaign. By giving the new and improved sales team the new leads, we were able to help the company launch their retail arm with gusto. Within 6 months the new retail arm had in excess of $15 million of fresh new capital provided by new customers whose average investment was $70-$100,000 with a minimum investment of $50,000 USD.ge Fund

Case Study "Crypto ICO"

Problem

Our client had already raised considerable funds for their pre-sale coin offering. There ICO was approaching with only a few months to spare. The client was having fiat banking issues as well as a sales team complaining of poor quality leads.

Solution

Baer´s Crest quickly introduced the client to various "crypto friendly" fiat banks that could not only handle the nature of the business but understood our client’s business needs, limitations and requirements. We also redesigned their marketing strategy and included arrangements for live traffic derived from a blend of social media and email campaigns. Results - The client steamrolled to the ICO date and the coin went on to get listed in various exchanges with good daily trading volume. The fiat banks we introduced the client to continue to give them the service they needed, which in turn gave our client a stable business platform on which to develop their product and expand.
